If i were u i would get higher uv and stick to dusting the crickets heavily every feed. thats how i sorted out mines case of mbd
get an arcadia light and try to take care of it fast. I had an iguana as a kid that got it BAD where he stunted his growth and we had to give him shots every day. Sad to say my parents bought a 9 year old an iguana. He lived for another 20 years though but was very small, jaw was messed up and spin was crooked all because we had a plastic liner that stopped all the uvb in his cage.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have a picture of your girl? What kind of UVB light are you using and how old is it? I would recommend a vet visit for MBD. Your vet will probably put her on liquid calcium and also give her an injection that will draw the calcium into the bone faster.
For treatment of MBD it should be liquid calcium glubionate (not just the liquid spray version of calcium supplement) AND dusting on the food. The dusting on the food is for maintenance levels needed for the body processes and the liquid is to replace the deficit in the bones. Otherwise the it's using up the maintenance levels from the dusting so you're not actually getting ahead of the problem.
