Limp tail and back leg problems

I have a female veiled chameleon I purchased about a month ago -- she may be 6 months or a little older I'm not sure. Anyways; I believe she may have fallen in her enclosure. She has little to no movement in her back legs and her tail is limp, straight and not moving. I don't have funds for a vet visit til a few days... What can I do -- did she break something?

This could be a number of things, or even multiple problems. Please give us more info. Pictures will help also, please try to get pictures of what it is you are describing, as well as enclosure.

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Describe your cage (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
Location - Where are you geographically located?

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

Hi, sorry to hear about your chameleon. Could you not take her to the vet now and arrange with them to pay for treatment in a few days when you have the funds? If your chameleon cannot move her back legs then I think that a vet visit is needed as an emergency, she may be in a lot of pain.

As the others have said, pics if you could. She could have some sort of blockage and it could be pressing on a nerve or something. I have seen some cases of that on here. That is just a possibility.

I could call around and see tomorrow, I know none of the emergency vets around here do.

I have a male veiled & have had him for a year, so I know basic care.... She has a nice set up like he does, although I don't know how old her UVB is - going to change it now. I got her a month ago & she came with her set up. I feed dusted crickets with Repti Calcium that has D3. I heard her fall and later seen she was still on the floor, that's when I noticed her back legs - particularly one wasn't moving. Her tail is also limp/ straight and she's not using it. When I put her on a branch she was only using her front legs to move herself. She's 6 months maybe a little older.

Should I post pictures? What should I do before I can get her into a vet???
