Ok I have a Exo Terra Sun Glo Neodymium basking spot lamp 150W and the temps 99 to 95 to 90 at times then I had a 100W one and the temps are 85 to 80 at times. So with one is the better one to use Oh ya my cage is 24 by 24 by 48 and he is a Ambilobe Panther Chameleon Thank You

I think 85 to 80 is perfect...there is no need for your temps to get to high, maybe 90 being the highest.

Every one was telling me 90F for the basking spot.

Even for an adult panther chameleon 90F is a big high. Ideally your want basking to sit in the high 80's - 87-88 max. Juveniles are ideally basking at 83-85F.

90F is just... a frying pan.
