Lights out at night?

Hi Everyone!

Another Newbie here....

Can you tell me if I should get a lamp timer for my veiled? I have heard differing opinions. Should I let her be without a lamp at night?

No lights on at night. Temps should drop down to 65*F at night.

Thank you, Big R. That is exactly what I needed to know. So many pet stores are trying to sell me this and that and the other for my veiled. I appreciate it so much.

Agreed, lights out at night. They are meant to have darkness and a drop in temp at night. Adult veileds can tolerate even lower than 65F at night (but nothing wrong with 65F either)
