I have a question what size watt bulb should be used?

I have 2- 8.5" lights that are used at night.
I have 4- 5.5" Lights that are used during the day.
I have 2- 8.5" Lights that are used during the day.

Those are totals. I have 3 day lights on each cage.

I've never dealt with the lighting I haven't changed it since I got them. I was looking at bulbs online and I don't know whats best. 60 Watts or 100 Watts?

Can anyone let me know?

Also I was looking at these different kinds:
ZooMed Daylight Blue Bulbs:
Exo-Terra Repti Glo 5.0 Compact Tropical Terrarium Lamp
All Living Things Basking Bulb
ZooMed Nightlight Red Reptile Bulb

What do you think?

What kind of lights are these?
OK-bottom line you need UVB lighting and a "heat" lighting. The most used, most suggested, best thing you can do is get Zoomed Reptisun 5.0 UVB flourescent TUBE. NO COMPACT BULBS-they are killing chameleons.
Then, you can use a 75W or 100W standard household bulb or a more expensive reptile basking bulb for a basking spot. You should absolutly not have night lights on, unless your temps in the room/cage are going below 60 degrees. If they are, then you should heat the room, and not the cage.

the room is the warmest in the house and its freezing.

I am trying to figure out the best way to keep my Chams warm. I have a night light on my Females cage and in the morning she is a real dark green. She also feels like ice when you touch her and thats WITH a night light. Imagine if I take that away. ..

I havent messed with the lighting so I cant tell you what is in there right now. I know the dumb person who gave me the female gave me a fish light and I had to purchase a bulb for that thing and it doesnt seem to keep her warm itself. So I am going to swtiching the lighting.

And what are considered cmpact bulbs? Because those choices are what a friend of mine uses for her Chams and she says they work great.

I just want to do the best for them. They belong to my BF but I'm the one caring for them and I have this fear that I'm not doing well and they are going to die. And I really don't want them dead.

The link you provided shows a clamp lamp-these are exactly what you need for a basking light. With as large a cage as you have, and I have my big male Veiled in a cage that size, I use two of those lamps-one with a 75W bulb, and one with a 60W bulb-this provides a great basking spot at the top of the cage that is 90-95 degrees. Now-you absolutely must have UVB lighting-the Reptisun bulbs are cheapest at LLL or Big Apple Herp-$14.99 per bulb-I use $8.00 fixtures from Walmart to put them in. If your room is getting below 60-65 degrees at night, you can use one of the night time "red" colored bulbs to keep the top of the cage warm. Here is a picture of the top of my cage...

The UVB is in the black fixture behind the dome lights.

I would recommend the 10.0 with a reptarium or on an over-sized habitat, but I do think the 5.0 is more than sufficient for a standard screen enclosure (up to 4 feet tall).
I'm not arguing with Mike or You, and I know there are several people who utilize the 10.0 ... I have myself. But in the interest of keeping things as simple as possible 5.0 is the linear lamp to recommend.

That is true. I have a 5.0 but I was gonna step it up but I decided not too.

Okay I will look into it. Will any of the bulbs I wrote up in the first post be of danger to them? I know one or two of them have UVB.. So I wasn't conserned about that.

Thanks

the repti glo that you have do emit UVB.
but inferior compared to reptiSUN TUBE that everybody here recommends
