Not sure if this is the right place for this thread but, I'M just wondering if a full spectrum tube for plant growth will affect the overall health of a chameleon? I just bought a Shefflera and don't want it to die. I'm trying to create a healthy enviroment for chameleons before hand that way they wont be stressed out. I only have two plants the other being a small bamboo. The next plant im getting is a B ficuse. But any thoughts on the lighting would be greatly apperciated

It should be fine. I use a 6500k tube w/ my 5.0 to keep my plants healthy.

Full spectrum bulb will be perfectly healthy for the cham and the plants.

I just want to point out that just because you have a 6500K bulb does NOT mean you have full spectrum, but yes it will be plenty fine.

Make sure you also have a UVB light for your cham
