The above will last a good 2 years before you need to replace the bulb. I normally dont recommend T5HO 5.0/6% for 3 foot tall cages (T8 12%/10.0 is perfect) but this is the 14" version+led so its not going to put out nearly as much as say 24" top with a double 22" bulb(one would be a normal 6500k grow bulb).
For basking i recomend just generic wide flood 35-65 watt halogens from the local hardware store. They are just as good as the $10-20 versions with the lizard on the box. Keep im mind jacksons run on the cool side.
On a side note, if you are thinking of switching to the repibreeze XL (24x24x48) in the future i would go with the LF-86 since the 22" bulbs are easier to find)
