Lighting

I already know what type of lighting a Cham needs. However, every bulb that I find on Amazon either doesn't last long or is simply cheap. Can anyone recommend me a bulb for a 1 year old nosy be Panther Cham? I really need to find a good one. Thanks!

I use an ge halogen flood style 39w since they're energy efficient or whatever,keeps things good for a panther
