Is my cage ok if my uvb basking sight is higher than my heat basking sight and in different parts of the cage?

As long as the amount of UVB penetrating the enclosure is enough. What kind of UVB light are you using?

Reptisun 5.0 the sight about 6 inches from the light

With the fixture being 6 inches away from the top of the enclosure, I would think that a great deal of your UVB isn't reaching the enclosure with enough strength to be effective. May I ask the reasoning behind having it positioned so high above the enclosure?

It's on the enclose but the branch he's gonna be on is 6 inches away from the top of the cage
