Hello, i have a free range set up in my shower...well i guess its not a free range its an enclosure...
i have 2 questions.
First i have an ambilobe panther and he is in a 7 ft ficus tree. (picked it up for $50) in the back i have two tension rods holding up a 18 inch repti sun 5.0 bulb. Then i have a incandescent bulb for basking, its 150 watts but thats because how far i have to keep it. and i just added a 100watt power sun.. its in the top[ middle of the tree about 15inchs away from the highest point on the tree.
he will easily be able to get away from the light with his big tree.. is the reptisun even needed with the power sun? If not would it be ok for the heat bulb to be on a timer and i just turn the powersun on when i wake up?
also i use a vornado wick type humidifier... is this ok? i can easily maintain 70-80% humidity in the whole bathroom( depends if ac is on).
i dont mind replacing the filters if it works...i dont like ultrasonics personally they don't seem to get the whole room...
