lighting is this right?

ok i think i may have the wrong bulb for my soon to be home cham.
i have the repti glo 5.0 (exo-terra) it says 30%uva and 5%uvb.
is this what i need?i have seen alot of posts about the 5.0 .

Is it a linear fluorescent tube? (compact coil is bad !!)
It's "fine"
The Repti-sun 5.0 from ZooMed is by far superior, however.
If I were you I'd exchange it for the repti-sun.

ok great thanks brad,no it is not the coil kind i had read they were bad.
i will check on the other,perhaps i just over looked it.
