I'm not sure about the first couple types you mentioned. But I would definitely not recommend the PowersunUV. While it sounds like a good deal because it combines heat and uv all in one, it can actually be TOO MUCH UV and the heat can become too hot as well. Chams don't realize they are getting too hot and they will burn themselves. For me, its much easier to control temps with a normal household bulb. I use the 60 watts about 6-8 inches above the basking spot and this seems to work well. Also, the fluorescent UVB tubes are the best in my opinion because they give off very little heat so they don't mess with your basking temperatures. At the same time, they give off the right amount of UVB for the cham as long as they are placed within 8 or 10 inches above a branch or near the basking spot.
