Lighting for a 72x30x30

I am planning on either making or buying a 72x30x30 screen enclosure but what type of lighting would I need for a cage that size?

It depends on the chamaleon you are planning to keep there.

Oh sorry should had mentioned that, it’s a male juvenile vailed chameleon.

10.0 or 12% arcadia if densely planted if not tthen 5.0 and 6% arcadia because hes still juvenile but for that size cage I say 10.0 or 12# make sure its not a compact coil

And you should get a reflector. Just make sure the light is not too strong for your chams eyes

I have a bulb that's almost as long as the cage is wide and I think that you don't need other lights for plants. A basking spot for the cham ofc

For that height of the cage and your cham being a veiled, I’d personally do 12% Arcadia. Get a t5HO linear bulb and fixture at least the length of, if not longer than, the length of the cage (so 30”+ long). Extra lighting depends on the type of the plants you have and where they are in the cage
