Lighting dilema

Revival

Ok so we picked up our first Panther (5 months old) at a reptile show about 2 weeks ago. We purchased everything as a combo deal. I am looking to upgrade his enclosure to give our cham the best environment possible.

Current Set up:
18x18x36 Reptibreeze cage
zoomed mini combo dome w/ 5.0 Reptisun and heat light

Plans:
24x24x48 Dragonstrand cage
Mistking with rain nozzle
Light?

Would it be possible to use the same zoomed mini combo dome? Should I get the bigger zoomed combo dome? Should I go a different route all together? I was thinking about the lightyourreptiles 18" fixture along with a single dome but not sure if I will have to much going on at the top of the cage? Would the 18" be enough? Also we would already be spending quite a bit on the cage and the mistking but I know the lighting is just important so I want to make sure I do things right the first time.

Any info and advice is appreciated. Thank you.

You can't go wrong with Todd over at lightyourreptiles, the set up I bought from him was one of the best investments I ever made for my Parson.

Don't use the screw in 5.0 bulbs...

T5 HO bilinear fixture ONLY. The largest width you can fit on your cage top. 24" double hood would be even better. 48" is a tall cage.

Thanks. Will research this.

What setup do you have? Also are you saying I shouldn't be using the reptisun 5.0 that I have currently?
