there are so many light for the chameleon that it left me confuse, what light and lighting hood do i need?

a florescence hood that can hold a t8 bulb and the width of the cage also make sure that it is a 5.0 uvb bulb and any other bulb that will get the basking temp to the right temp. use a zoo med 5.0 bulb 18" and a infra red bulb that is 75 watts. works great for my 18x 18x 36 cage. just have to go for what works for the size of the cage that you have

The 18 or 24 inch reptisun 5.0 for UVB and just a household bulb for basking and wattage would depend on the type and age of your chameleon. An infra red bulb in not needed.

how many watt does the house-bulb need to be? can it be 60?

as far as the watage it depend on the temp you want to achieve, witch is decided by age and type of cham for the most part. between varying the wattage of the bulb and the distance from the basking site you can achieve the result needed, 60w is commonly used but as said it depends on you particular cham..
