What type of light fixture works best with the ReptiSun 5.0 Linear?
My old bulb ran out and I was told never to use the exo terra lights due to damage to the eyes.

Just go to the local hardware store and buy one for the size bulb your gonna use.....cheaper then buying at reptile/pet store.......
Mine cost like 7 bucks with tax

I think Brye means incandescent fixture right? This provides basking heat for the chameleon.

As for UVB and the Reptisun linear 5.0, you will need a fluorescent fixture to hold and power your reptisun bulb. The cheapest I have found was $20 for the fixture. It is much cheaper to buy at a hardware store or homedepot, lowes, walmart, etc. I use a 48inch fixture and I can put it over 2 cages at once. Hope this helps!
