Lichen safe?

Just scrubbed what I believe are sycamore branches. Many have varying amounts of green lichen on them. Some came off as I scrubbed, but most remained. Should I scrape it off before putting in my enclosures? @jamest0o0 @Brodybreaux25

@Brodybreaux25 you have been summoned.... Share your bountiful knowledge with us

Vikki I am pretty sure it will be fine. You are totally bioactive on all enclosures now right?
All are going to be bioactive. There’s some lichen on the oak branches currently in the enclosures, but it’s a gray color and not the fluffy green like is on the new branches. I love the natural look it all gives, but just want to make sure the green lichen is safe.

I think is is pretty.
