Lethargic veiled chameleon

We have a male sunburst veiled chameleon, approximately three years old; the local store (not corporate) we purchased him at claimed he was about a year old when we got him. He's in a large screened ZooMed enclosure with a 75W heat lamp and 13W ReptiGlo 5.0 CFL bulb (replaced a few months ago). The lights are on a timer, 8AM - 10PM (too long?). The past few days he has been lethargic, hanging around the bottom and not doing much in general. He still is normal colored (no dark/brown coloring), but has his eyes closed sometimes. He ate some kale yesterday along with 30 small crickets. Here is a photo of him: https://i.imgur.com/eEknsCL.jpg

We spray him using a spray bottle several times a day. He licks the leaves, his kale, the screen, etc without issue. He last shed sometime last month if I recall correctly. We handle him rarely, probably less than once a week. He receives 10-12 small crickets (store-bought) about 3 or 4 times per week, sometimes calcium dusted. He also has fresh kale always available. Daytime temperature in the room is around 75 degrees.

Any help would be appreciated!

First off, I would replace the CFB with a better, tube style, high output 6% UVB.
These give much better penatration and wider dispersion.
What is you suppliment schedule?
Does he get out side in the sun at all?
How are you measuring the basking temp, and how far is the bulb away from him?
Your 75W sounds like a lot, but it varies quite a bit depending on cage size, amount of foliage, room temp, etc.
Are you using a reflective dome fixture for the 75W bulb?

What about a water dripper, do you have a dripper set up so it drips on the leaves inside the cage?

From you pic, he looks a bit dehydrated, but it could just be the lighting.

If you have kept hiim successfully for two years then you must be doing something right and he looks pretty good in that picture. Obviously, if he is closing his eyes that is something to be concerned about. It is good, he still has a great appetite. Are you using calcium with or without d3? I would say maybe get a fecal done to check for parasites just for safe measure. Is there anything he could have injested or eaten in your enclosure? Can we see a pic of your actual enclosure and not a picture from the website who sells them??

When you say small crickets are you referring to the ones that are about the size of a pinky nail?
In his picture he looks a little dehydrated. Are his urates white?
