Leaving town. What to do?

Hello. If I was to leave town for 4 days what should I do about my 1 yr old male veiled chameleon about water and food. I have a mister that goes of every hour but it will run out and I feed him every other day. What should I do?

I would have a person come check on him. Especially to fill his mister. If they can feed him two of those days by just dropping some easy feeders in a cup such as super worms, or crickets. Then it's easy to look after an already established chameleon.

But no one will be able to watch what else can I do

What kind of mister do you have? Why do you have it going off every hour? You can just have it go off three times a day for 2 minutes or so. I don't know what you should do for feedings other than offer lots of food before you leave. Give him some free roaming crickets, about 20 at most before you leave and leave an orange quarter in the cage for the crickets so they don't chew on him. That should give him food for about one to two days and he should be fine for three or 2 days without food.
