okay so i have this problem water collects at the bottom of the terrarium and the silicon seal broke just a little water leaks out and it gets on the carpet so does anyone know what i can do???? my cages are 2 by 2 by 4......where can i get a bin thats bigger than my cage to put my cages in im not looking to spend a crap load on something i just want something i can dump out the water when it needs to like for example you know those storage bins ??? like the ones that are six inches tall by 4 foot long and a foot wide you have a cage like demionsions smaller than that and could stick the cage in it ????? anyone have a clue???? thanks

You can always try a feed store or a store similar to that. They tend to have interesting containers that can be used for many things.

i dont think that would work on my set up its mainly for my females cages they have a ten galon tank with sand for laying and it weights it down plus the water comes out on all 4 sides

cuz i have chameleons in their the fumes are bad and what am i supposed to do for 48 hours while it dries

nope im not even going to try freerange my male is CRAZY curious and will end up doing something dumb and crazy and finding them will be hard PLUS i saw a thing on discovery last night about free range animals (other than the usual cats and dog) and alot of pets were seriously hurt an iguana ate some coins and almost died some snakes ate softballs and some other things they said its bad to free range you should stop they said coins are like potatoe chips everyone loves chips and they are salty and the iguana liked the coins cuz they were salty

I dont think you understand what free range means. Its not like they have full range to anything and everything. You can set them in the bathroom shower with a plant and lights for a day and if they are healthy they will be fine. Free rangeing can be as simple or as hard as you want to make it. In my basement is a small room. I have some large ficus and other plants in it, and my older veileds it it, and there are 2 large toads to make sure no feeders get away.

I kid you not when i say i free range my chams in the shower some times. stick hanging plant on the curtain rod. they love the crap out it. its like disneyland for them (i have no idea why). Its safe, nothing can hurt then, and sometimes i turn the shower on, or take a shower with them in there with me and they love the steam. its the easiest thing in the world and kinda fun!

i think that could be funn my sister showers with the evil parrot hmmmmm i might try that so i can reseal this off thanks i thought you mean in a large area

Umm... then buy a screen cage. Glass has more disadvantages over advantages

You can cut some tall limbs from a tree and stand it up in a corner against the wall and secure it so it doesn't fall. Chams will generally go to the top and will rarely climb down to the ground. Make sure you put some lights for heat shining upwards as heat rises. For safety sake you could put up something around the bottom in case they do climb down to the ground to keep them from going all over the house. At night you can drape a cover over the limbs where they are sleeping to make them feel secure.

Another option would be to buy on of the plastic liners they sell for flexariums and put it on the oustide of the tank, if your unable to find a large enough bin.
