So today i decided that i wanted to go ahead and put some kind of laying bin in for my female panther as i believe she is coming around the 4 month mark and i dont want any chance of her to get egg bound. I know that people like to put in something so they can dig in and give signs that they are getting ready to lay and then when they start digging they go ahead and move them into something larger. So this is what i put in her cage and I'm wanting to know if this will work?

Im not sure about your laying but you may want to cover the dirt in your pothos pot because she may try digging in there and that would probably make a pretty good mess. Also that is a sweet pot where you get it?

the pots that the two pothos are in i got one from amazon and the other from lllreptile. You can't see the other one very well as its hidin on the back side of the cage. but are you saying not sure as in not sure that will work or like you dont know much about laying bins?

Im saying im no expert on laying bins. If you don't want your cham digging in your plant pots you should cover the dirt with river rock or something like that.

If the container for egglaying is see through you might want to put some cardboard around it somshe can't see out from the hole when she digs it.

thats a good idea. i just need to figure out how to put them up on that top one without them having a chance to fall or slide.

also a great idea. the plastic is like a glazed plastic but i think your idea would seal the deal for it so there is 0% disability out of it. but maybe something besides cardboard because of the water.

Take one long piece of cardboard cut to the height of the bin filled with sand and wrapmit around the bin. (It's not the cage I'm saying to wrap.)

You can buy a plastic "cardboard" at art stores or maybe somewhere like Walmart.

ahhh that looks perfect. so are you saying like inside the laying bin with the dirt or around the outside of the laying bin? but i got you on the bin part not around the cage lol that would be silly.
