Laying Age

Hey Everyone,

Around what age should a female panther lay her first clutch of eggs!? I took over a friends cham about 3 or so months ago..i have a laying bin in there with her, I "THOUGHT" i felt some eggs in her..but maybe not!? Anyways...they got her last January...at that time I believe she was 2 or 3 months old when they bought her!? Anyways..let me know!

I kow it's after a year old...but does anyone have approx months?! like..12-15 months!? I know that every cham is different, and to look for signs of her not eating as much the last week of so of her laying the eggs, and she'll be towards the bottom of her cage..i havent seen any of these signs yet..

Can you post some pictures of her please?
Does she have a dark background color?
Its not always easy to determine when the first clutch should be produced/laid.

Okay here's a few pics of her...she does show some dark colors on and off but she's mainly Pink.

She's either well fed or gravid...but I can't tell you how far along she is. I'm glad you have a container in her cage so she can dig to show you she's ready!

It's okay! I know its tuff to tell! But yess she is a VERRY good eater! I thought I felt eggs in her..but maybe not?! she hasent showed any signs of laying..so who knows! Hopefully she'll lay sooner than later!
