large chameleon species

been lurking on the forums for a few months now, and i have been wanting to get back into the excellent hobby of cham husbandry. Started constructing a new large habitat for a melleri, but I'm starting to have second thoughts on them because I can not find a reputable breeder. I still have lots of time until I get my habitat, lighting, misting, supplements, and feeders all set up and functional, to make a perfect home for large chameleon species, be it melleri or something else. My questions are...

- Does anyone know of melleri breeder with a good reputation w/ available chams in the not to distant future ?

- Is there any other large chameleon species available here in the states? ( besides parson's I def can't afford one of those beauties :p )

Any other input would be appreciated.

i think Verrucosus are a big cham that may be available not sure where but its something else to look in to

There's been several Melleri breeders with babies for sale on here in the past. Julie (chams1) had some last year. Oustaleti are also very large and quite awesome.

Much appreciated JannB, I am just trying to get all my ducks in a row, for when I am ready to purchase, so I will keep my eyes peeled.
