Kuzco is so smart

Today, for the first time ever, I let Kuzco "run around" my room.

He started out on my bed, then climbed down the comforter, to the side rail thingy that holds my bed up, down to the pillow that fell on the floor, across to his stick.

From his stick, he climbed up through the plantholder bottom up to the windowsill and stared out the window. :)

Maybe that isn't amazing to anyone else, but I put him on the total opposite side of my bed and he still got where he wanted!! He's a determined little bugger :D

A pic from today

Hehe thanks :) He kept eyeballing me when he was doing it lol. I just couldn't believe how fast he planned out what he was doing. I watched him plan it, like stare at what he wanted and make a course of action. He's totally smart :D

Just like a kid :). We had a java macaque monkey for about 4 years and every now and then he got loose in the house and would make sure we were looking at him before he destroyed anything or opened the kitchen cabinets to pull stuff down. Then look again to make sure we saw it. He was a naughty boy but he was sweet and we loved him.

The things we do for our pets :)

Cool, your guy little must be smarter then my panther, little Squee.
I let him out and there is a nice sunny window about 10' from him with vines, sticks, and tropical leaves. He doesnt much pay attention to it, he just wanders around until he finds himself on the edge of a high place with no where to go (unless he turns around, which takes him a while to figure out!) and he looks at me like, 'can you please move me some place else?'

So I move him to perch on the sunny window and he's like; 'Wow! this is nice, how did I get here??!!" And he will bask there for an hour or so before wandering around again! LOL

Noogie always goes the same route; accross the free range to the fake tree, climb down the tree, walk accross the floor to the corner of the room, and just sit there, staring at the wall!! LOL
He sees me coming, and gets right on my hand, glad to be rescued

He he that's funny. Maybe he like taking the elevator?? ;)
I had Kuzco in the bathroom with me when he was shedding and he tried to climb into the bathtub... needless to say that won't be happening again lol. its weird (but awesome) how obsessed with me he is lol

He looks great Courtney....it is so much fun to watch them roam around and I'm sure Kuzco will be begging for more room to roam now.

That's nice that Kuzco is so clever and well-behaved when he comes out, I can't let Rinty out much because Jasmine is just round the corner and he knows the way :)........Jasmine doesn't like wandering much but a few times last month she climbed the curtain to look out of the window. Problem was she didn't like being put back home.....
At least Ashleigh likes a good walk round the room. She had a very good exercise today :) Only problem with her is I have to keep a very close watch so that she doesn't hide underneath Rintys wardrarium - it's a nightmare getting her out from there

Thanks:) I just love him to bits:)
It sounds like you have your hands full over there lol. You can always ship them to me:D

No chance :D I haven't even started yet.......eggs in the incubator means baby chams everywhere so I'll really have my hands full, probs my feet and face too  ,and little Ashleigh will have to be confined to barracks whenever I'm playing with them :)

i just finished a special free range yesterday,
put minion on it and turned my back for like a minute
turned around to a bare free range...
oh crap where...
he scaled down to a tv cable
across that to a sound cable
and up the speaker stand
where i caught him trying to get on a sake cup :eek::eek:

wasn't happy hour either
