Your male looks young still, maybe the angle showing less length of the rostrals. The important thing is that he is indeed sexually mature.
I've seen that the males can tend more towards yellows or blues along the diagonal barring. Yours seems to favor the blues. Of course you'll usually see the tips of the toes blue and some yellow on the tail. Man does he look gorgeous! Healthy as can be.
My males usually look like these pics when they are outdoors or displaying. The females I see have more varied patterns. Stress being more speckles while rested they can be almost solid green. Anyways, let me know what your observations have been.
