kinyongia at bottom of cage

so my k.multi. has been hanging out on the ridge of the plant bucket lately and i dont know what is wrong with him , whenever i see him he is there 80 percent of the time its like hes depresed or something and i feel badfor him
so does anyone have an idea of what he is doing or what is wrong with him??

It could be that it's too warm at the top. It could be any number of things.
