Kingsnake spam

So I recently put an ad on kingsnake. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. It seems that I have been getting spamed or scam emails. I get one from somebody then nothing after I reply. This has happened quite a few times. Its kinda seeming like it may be from the ad hosts to me. Like as if they send me emails that seem to be someone interested so I keep paying to post ads. ?

There's a way to set it up where only registered Kingsnake users can contact you, so if you don't hear back from them, you at least have their username and can usually follow up that way.

I think that's what I'm getting too. I never answer any of them unless I can find the post that the person is referring to and I never answer them so they get to know my personal email address either.

Thanks guys. Ill go ahead and set it up so only registered users can contact me. ITs pretty sad if it is the ad host or even just some jerk that has nothing better to do. Thanks again

With Kingsnake, you'll just have to get used to it. You get flakes all the time that act like they're gonna buy something or say they're "sending money tonight" then you just never hear back. Not much you can do, you just gotta get used to it I guess.
