Keeping worms alive / crickets

Hello everyone! I am currently stuck. I can’t find a really good way to keep my future feeders alive. I figure that the meal worms can stay refrigerated, but I’m not to keen on the crickets. Please help!
Thank you!

My cham died in December and the worms are still alive. They came in some kind of food and just keep eating it. What kind of worms do you buy?

I keep my crickets and roaches in 35 gal. tupperware type tubs. I cut a hole in the top and cover it with screen for ventilation. The roach tub is kept warm with a heat pad underneath during the winter. Both roaches and crickets are housed with egg crates, they are approx 12"x12". Crickets and roaches are supplied with veggies and fruits (organic) along with a dry mix such as Cricket Crack and Roach Chow. The dry food can be found at fullthrottlefeeders.com who happen to be a site sponsor!
