kale and endive????

my 8 month old veiled loves to eat his kale and endive, i put it on a veggie clip and he runs to it as i am putting it in his cage. i also like this idea of feeding him the lettuce cause of the water/ moisture in it. but my question is how much can this benefit my cham i know it will keep him hydrated, and i notice that he has developed nicer coloring lately. just wondering if there is anymore benefit to feeding him lettuce???????????????

Theres no harm in offering lettuce. Most lettuce doesnt provide much benefit, but does no harm. Romain, arugula / rocket, dandelion are all good green options
