Hey guys

Just recently joined the forum and am really happy that i'm learning alot of new things!
Anyways I've recently got inherited 2 chameleons from a buddy of mine that moved away...

A baby veil (Mannix) and a juvi nosy faly(Kaiju).

They came to me in 16x16x20 inch screen cages. I know it's small and might be the primary reason to why it's not eating regularly.
I'm already building a much larger enclosure, which should be done tomorrow. Hopefully that helps make him happy and eat.
The baby veil is fine and running around, eating all the crickets I throw in the cage.

The Nosy on the other hand doesn't really seem to be eating. I've had him since last wednesday, I didnt see him eat anything I put in the cage for 7 days, but finally on the following wednesday I saw him eat 1 cricket, just one. Once he realized I was looking he was hesitant to even swallow it lol. I then got some dubia in hopes it might eat...it did..2 days ago...3 dubias...
He hasnt eaten since...it gets pissed whenever I open the cage and wants to bite...it even hissst at me...(i didnt even know they made noises!)...
BUT he runs around the cage all day.
Should I be worried? Cuz I'm actually pretty worried..lol

Imo

Sounds like your typical juv nose be lol.. (Hunger strike) My juv male still goes on them to this day.. I think its an attempt to get different feeder. Offer super-worm, silk worm, butter worm ect. Heavy misting15+ mins normally getting my guy away from the food strikes also he probably just adjusting to the new move... You sound like should be fine IMO..
