Juvenile Veiled Coloration Question

The other day I saw a juvenile veiled at a pet store that was an extremely light shade of green, almost yellow. I've never seen one so young like that before - all the babies I've seen have been a much brighter, almost lime green color. I'm just wondering if anybody knows if that lighter green color could be an indicator of how his adult colors will turn out.

Not really. They are all green when they are younger. they really show when they hit about 5-6 months old. They may be lighter when they are too warm and trying to cool off and dark to try and gain heat from the heat source.. Darkness in color can also indicate the chameleon getting stressed out. But it doesn't really show the future colors.
