Just to be cautious

Okay so Leopold has been pretty brown and not eating. I just want to fill this out to make sure I am not doing anything wrong and it is just because he is about to shed.

Chameleon Info:
Your Chameleon - Year old male veiled chameleon, only been in my care since last friday.
Handling - When transporting, only about 4 times.
Feeding - Hasn't eaten yet.
Supplements - I have rep-cal w/o d3 and reptivite with d3, need to pick up rep-cal with d3 soon. He hasn't eaten yet but my schedule is calcium w/o d3 every feeding, calcium w/ d3 twice a month, and herptivite once a month.
Watering - I mist with a 6 oz spray bottle until it is gone numerous times a day and have a dripper going a couple times a day, also have an icecube on top oof the cage. I have seen him drinking twice, once the day I brought him home and right now while I am typing =D
Fecal Description - I have not seen any because he has not eaten. I don't know if he was ever tested for parasites.
History - He came from a boy that wanted to give him up because he didn't have enough time for him. He used to be very friendly and didn't mind being handled but wasn't handled much for months and is now a bit testy. He also weighs 131 grams.

Cage Info:
Cage Type - Homemade, here is the thread: https://www.chameleonforums.com/building-my-new-enclosure-38851/ It has two wooden sides, painted brown, with 3 screen/mesh sides.
Lighting - 8:00-8:00 or around then, no timer yet , I have a repti-sun 10.0 set up about a foot away from he spot below it and a 100w regular light bulb to bask.
Temperature - Basking spot temp is around 80f, temp gradient goes from 80-68.
Humidity - No hygrometer yet, but I mist frequently since I am always home.
Plants - Hanging pothos and an umbrella tree.
Placement - top of cage is 5 feet off the floor, it is in my living room but it is only me and my boyfriend who are home and it is typically quiet.
Location - New England. New Hampshire to be specific, east coast.

Current Problem - He is brown and not eating, but also about to shed.

I would not use ice cubes......just put a tiny hole in the bottom of a cup or bowl and allow luke warm water to slowly drip on him.

His cage needs to dry out between mistings.

His basking spot needs to be 88 or 89.......that's what I keep Luie's.

I use the repti-sun 5.0.....never used a 10.0.

If he doesn't eat soon I would recommend a vet visit. A new cham check up is a good idea anyway.

Sorry forgot to mention I do let his cage dry out. It dries out pretty fast even with the whole bottle. I will move his light over a smidge to be closer to the basking branch. The ice cube is on top of the wire mesh with is an inch above the fiberglass screen so it pools on there and warms up. It is only for extra water if he wants it.
