Just making sure everything is normal on a new start

I had just got my panther chameleon and I do know they get stressed to change. He has been hanging upside- down with his tail and has been frequently brown and crawling towards the top of the cage or even the corners to hide. I have 2 UVB bulbs and was wondering if I should use the 100w Powersun or the Reptisun 5.0, I have heard bad things about the powersun and was wondering if that was changing his actions. Let me know if this is all normal. He has not been eating which may be due to his exposure to the new cage. I am not using the bulbs at the same time.
