No photo yet, but I just had a little guy hatch and he has a small, pinkish thing on his belly, could it still be part of the egg? Please say yes?

its his umbilical cord. it will dry up and fall off in a few days.

Omg, ok, it scared me. I'm not usually nervous. I had 3 kids. I teach fourth graders. Nothing makes me nervous....but I'm a wreck right now

Thanks! He seems to still be strong, and I have another guy who has had his head out of the egg all day, but not moving. Total in this clutch I have 38. She laid 2 more clutches, giving me a total of 107.
