If the cage has a frame, you can use a wedge to secure it to the frame. If it doesn't have anything solid to mount the wedge to, then you may need to cut a tiny hole and just catch the mesh in b/w the bulkhead, or mount it with 2 large washers
Hey Marty, while your on here. I'm getting ready to buy your high volume system. What's the deal with the nozzles. I saw your display videos. Basically, what I need to know is if the double headed nozzles are better for my cham cages or is this just preference? I have 24 chameleon cages to mist. My hand is very tired from the pumpsprayer. lol
All depends on the need. Double nozzle will be just like having 2 single nozzles side by side Usually for small vivs that are planted on both sides, people like to put one in the middle and aim at both sides. I'm thinking that you may be better off having 1 nozzle on each side of the cage. You can start with a single nozzle and if you decide that it's not enough, it's easy to convert them to a double.
the noise is typically caused by the vibration from the tubing. Pumps are virtually silent when they run. Secure the tubing and it should quiet down. Shoot me an email or PM and we will figure it out further, if it's not the obvious.
