Marley is now 9 months old so I was just wondering how often he should be shedding because he hasn't shed for almost 6 weeks now.
Should I be worried about this and if so what would be causing this?

that sounds normal to me, his growth rate is starting to slowdown so he will start shedding less often. As long as he has enough moister and is still acting normal as well as eating and drinking enough he should be fine IMO, giving him a nice warm misting always helps with shedding as well, but be careful not to over mist that may lead to skin problems if his cage is too wet

ditto. So long as its still active and eating, pooping, drinking etc. it will shed when its ready.

And don't be surprised if he maybe just sheds in parts! Mine shed his back and front legs and nothing since and I guess it has been about 5 weeks now since his total shed and he is 10 mos.
