Good & tragic news.
1st.... the vets got their names mixed up so I'm sticking with it. Frank is now the smaller of the two. frank has no dot and Allan does.
The good news is that #1 and #2 are both doing really good. #1 (Allan) was up to 62 grams at his checkup and #2 (Frank) was up to 54. Franks eye is doing much better. I rarely catch him closing it lately. Both Frank and Allan really like their early morning hand misting’s. They both looooved the Blue bottle flies that I hatched out this week.
The guy I got Allan and Frank from also had a female that looked realllly nice to me. Her colors were outstanding. I knew someone was going to get a beautiful female.
He called Sunday and said that she was not doing too well in his cages. He said she was dehydrated and needed a more experienced keeper. He made me a really good offer. After consulting with other experienced keepers (Bobby and Chris) I did the complete opposite of what they recommended. I picked her up on Monday. She drank really good Monday. Tuesday she showed signs of respiratory infection and didn't eat. She passed away 1 hour before her vet appointment today. I'll post picks later.
RIP #3... I really wish I could have saved you.
