my jackson chameleon tounge is not sticky when he gose for a meal he hits his target but dose not bring it in.whats wrong?

I don't think any chameleon has a particularly "sticky" tongue. I'm pretty sure it works like a suction cup. I don't know what could be wrong with your chameleon, but maybe this will point you in the right direction? D:

the cage is 24 x 24 x 36 inch Aluminum Screen Cage. Most of the time he is outside even at night.i only bring him inside if it's too hot.i also have a mister on from 12-5pm.i don't have any live plant in the cage.the cage is located under a palm tree next to a fence. He is a jackson chameleon.Right now i have to feed him because he can't catch his own meal.i'm feeding him about 10 crickets a day and 1 king mealworm a week.i do see him drink water when the mister is on.right now i'm not dusting my crickets.his colors are bright green he is healthy besides that his tongue dosn't work.

Hmm dunno then..
