Jackson's - pinkies?

Several sources claim that Jackson's will eat pinkies. I have no doubt that they would if they could. Maybe I just do not have enough experience with pinkies, but the ones that I have seen look bigger than anything that a Jackson might swallow. Can anybody confirm that their Jackson's does indeed eat pinkies?

when i kept veileds, i used to feed them a pinkie every other month or so, but now that i keep jacksons , i have my doubts that they would eat them, they are even shy of large cricks or roaches and have a problem swallowing large feeders
