Jackson's not eating crickets

I gave him a good shower and made sure he drank again. He looks to be doing a little better but im still not 100% sure.

Jackson's are usually pretty good drinkers even when dehydrated a bit. Are you hand misting? I can't remember, will check previous posts.

Yes i am hand misting. I am making a diy dripper tomorrow for the times i am not home

Are you misting him with warm water? Using hot water in the bottle will change it to warm water when it comes out. Often most of my chameleons drink more readily when its warm.

What I do with my Jackson because it can take a while for her to start drinking, though it takes even longer for my panther as he prefers to drink when I am gone so I really saturate the surrounding area for him; is I mist her for at least 4 minutes and usually half of that is dedicated to misting the enclosure and then quickly moving over her for a few seconds (this is usually the first two minutes) then she starts swallowing slowly and it signals me she is ready to drink, after that I just mist her directly until my bottle is empty.
