Jackson's ham - Sex organ contantly exposed

Hello - I have a 2 year old Male Jackson's. One of is sex organs has been exposed for the last 7-10 days. See attached photo. He occasionally retracts back inside. I have not seem much fecal matter during this time. I am not sure if it is due to an urge to reproduce or something more serious. Any help will much appreciated.

It looks like a prolapse to me. You will want to see a vet about that.

He should retract it after a very short amount of time. He needs to see a vet before it is infected and causes major problems for your Cham. Good luck.

You need to keep. It moist with KY jelly until you can get it to the vet ASAP. If you do that keep it moist it will become neurotic and your chameleon could die.

I think Kinyonga made a typo and meant to say necrotic(instead of neurotic) which means the tissue will die.
