Jacksons day sleeping

I just got a pair of jacksons in yesterday and they do a lot of day sleeping is that normal?... they have ate tho and they drink to... I'm just wondering about the day sleeping maybe stressed from the delervery and new cage or some thing I keep the cage covered so they can have privacy... just wondering people's thoughts on this

Are the Jackson's from a reputable breeder? Do you know if they are captive bred for sure? If not most Jackson chameleons are wild caught. Fill out the how to ask for help form in the health board. And provide pictures.

You know what I'm not sure but I got them from reptile city on the website it says from Texas but the package said from Florida so who knows if wild or what

Most likely wild. I would mist them like crazy.... like hydrate the hell out of them.

It may not solve the problem but until you figure out what it is, it will definitely help them fight it off.

Yea they do drink when I mist it so that's a good sign and last night they actually ate not bad for a few hours just out the box maybe I'm just tripping and the few days in the box is what it is cuz they didn't over night it they were at least in the box for 3 days

No shit I didn't expect the box to pop up just like crickets silkworms etc just regular usps
