Jacksonii, does male have a temper?

What should be satisfied for jacksonii to breed?

Is there a fixed time for males?

Or do you need cooling in the wild?

Rather than wanting to reproduce a jacksonii, I want to correct the experience of failure and teach others how to raise a chameleon baby and protect lives.

In this sub species I have found younger males are intimidated by females even those that are acting receptive. Older healthy males are ready when the opportunity presents it's self. I have not observed any seasonal change but under artificial light I'm not likely to catch that.
Females are a different matter. Females are more readily receptive in the week to 2 weeks after passing slugs or having babies. There may be other times as well but that one seems consistent.
