Jackson sick?? Please help!

Please help. My Jackson is acting very weird and disoriented. I fed him today and for the first time I put a super worm in his cage because he loves regular worms, but I didn't see him actually eat it so I'm not sure if that's the issue. He's disoriented. Keeps doing circles and is having a hard time grabbing on to things. He keeps going to the floor of his cage and laying on the ground. It's really weird. Any suggestions?

Not enough information for us to know what's wrong...but I think I would get him to a vet.
