Jackson mouth gaping

My female jackson chameleon is gaping her mouth but only when she is out of the the cage shes calm when being handled and only handled maybe once a week could it be an RI I got her from someone else about a month ago so not to sure as to her health before me I keep the cage at 80 during the day and mist her daily I live in san diego so she gets to go outside on nice days any help is appreciated Ive also attached a picture of her doing it.

80 seems a bit too high. The basking spot should be 79 and the rest of the cage should be about 72-75 I believe. Keeping her mouth open could be from being too hot and trying to cool down.
 
Thanks! I believe that she was too hot. We had taken her out to bask in the natural sunlight and today was a fairly warm day. The video made me at ease. Thanks again

Fwiw, I also second the heat with (some) increased stress levels from being out of her environment. Pretty lizard!
