Jackson enjoys eating plants more than insects

Seems like my Jackson enjoys eating plants a lot. He eats insects too but I see a lot of leaves in his enclosure with bite marks. Any suggestions to get him eating more insects?

He might just be dehydrated and looking for another way to quench his thirst...

I have a misting system for his cage and a dripper. Just doesn't seem to interested in crickets.

but does he drink how are its ooop`which colors`? are you sure the crikets are not the ones eating the leaves?

He doesn't poop frequently but when he does its dark black with whitish-orange uric acid.
I see him drink from the leaves regularly

Big chunks are missing from the leaves

He usually green
Brighter green when he out on my shoulder or exploring my apt. Sometimes gets mad when I put him back in his cage
