jackson enclosure advice

I live in Maine and am looking into setting up an Exo Terra vivarium for a Jackson's. I 'd like to plant some live ferns (stag horn), pothos and a dwarf umbrella. Wondering about substrate and water drainage, and general vivarium issues specific to chams. I've done a fair bit of research on vivariums but can't find much specific to chameleons. Thanks for any advice!

I used the coconut husk bricks mixed with organic potting soil in some of my sternfeldi, K. multi. and werneri enclosures with pothos. But I had them planted in plastic tubs with holes on the bottom.........
