I just got a Jackson chameleon and was wondering what supliments and how offten to use them. Can anyone help?

This is the schedule I use for my jacksons:
Calcium (without D3 or phosphorus) twice a week
Multivitamin once a month
Calcium with D3 once a month

What do you feed yours? I have crickets and superworms. I have also found that he loves the worms I've only had him two days and he is eating the worms out of my hand already.
