Jackson CHameleon health concern

Chameleon Info:

Your Chameleon - Jackson Chameleon, about a year old, male. i have had it in my care since the 22nd of December.
Handling - not often, only when i clean his tank.
Feeding - i feed him crickets mostly, and every now and then give him a treat such as silk worms.
Supplements - i use Jurassi Cal calcium, a light dusting every other time i feed him.
Watering - i have a fogger, and i do a heavy misting about 4 times a day. i have seen him drink.
Fecal Description - i haven't seen a fresh dropping, but thats cause i dont see him all day. they look healthy compaired to my other Chams.
History - he had a small burn on his back, but it cleared away after i applied neosporin for about 2-3 weeks.


Cage Info:

Cage Type - i have a custom cage i built myself. its about 3ft talls, and 2 feet deep and wide. it has 2 glass walls, a screen top, and 2 screen sides.
Lighting - i have a UVB light from a zoo i worked at, not sure of the brand name. and a heat lamp.
Temperature - i have the hottest spot at 85 degrees, and the coolest at about 60. at night it stays at 60 all around. i use a laser heat monitor.
Humidity - i have around 70-80 humidty, i use the fogger and mister. i use a hydro gage from a house humidifyer.
Plants - no live plants at the moment.
Placement - it is in my room, on the top floor of the house, the only traffic is me coming in and out. no fans or air vents. nice and silent all day.
Location - i live in northern VA.


Current Problem - my current problem is Louie has developed these white bumps that look like they have some fluid in them, i have pictures below for you to look at. any help would be great. thank you.
 
these were taken about 5 minutes ago, he has a black stripe now. please help ='(

I am sorry to hear your Jackson is having trouble.

This is some type of infection... Bacterial or viral most likely. This is definitely require a vet visit.

The cause could be the burn never fully healed and because infected. Also, make sure your enclosure dries out fully in between mistings, and especially before lights out.
