Jackson Cham need hep

so my Jackson cham has been fine and dandy, but all of a sudden has these little white bumps on one side of his body, they look like they have puss or fluid in them. ill try and get a pic up. but im worried. any ideas?

Definitely post a picture SOON. ASAP.

And it might be starting to shed if it is white, the old scaled might just be coming off weird.
